Upgrade Causes .Net Error

Just upgraded to latest v5.0.4.200428 using the installer.  Upon completion the following error popped up.  Error continues to pop up after restart.  Machine is old laptop running win7.  Everything was running fine prior to upgrade. Any help appreciated.

Sorry, no Win7 machines here any more, so I wasn't aware I'd used a call that was Win8 and above.

Problems:
1: Unable to find an entry point named - 'RegisterSuspendResumeNotification' in DLL 'User32.dll'.
2: No Device Detectable


OS:
Windows 7 Pro 64bit  Service pack 1
.NET 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8

NextPVR 5.0.4 (200428)

I had that error. User32.dll on Win7 Pro 64bit. I used that Tray file above, but 5.0.4 crashes the device.
Re-install, get error, quit, replace file, restart.
It'll hang on service active/start. Still no device.

As you can see in the last pic 4.2.5 (191014) has no issues. Device is detected, and I have TV. Though it functions I run into problems with Kodi/NextPVR addon from other Devices/PCs not shutting off the video when I hit Stop. So the Server stays occupied. So I have restart the server manually from the Server PC. I know that's a separate issue from 5.0.4 so, I won't worry about an answer for that.

IDK where other logs are so, I just copied the log error from user32.dll, and copied the device log from NextPVR Data (5.0.4) there was only one other .log in that folder, and it was blank. These logs came from a fresh re-install because I reverted back to v4.

Hit the Logs button in Settings->About in the v5 web app, and it'll flush the logs to disk and zip them for you.

Yes, I know of that file fix. BUT, the device is still not detected. Here is that zip log file you asked for. Device stays undetectable on v5

Correct, error goes away with the file above. As I stated previously. Even with that file the software hangs, and does not detect, or crashes the device. v4 has no issue. I'll wait in the background for any news coming for new builds. Thanks.
