Microsoft HEVC Codec not discovered. (SOLVED)

Hi,

Have recently purchased and installed HEVC Codec from Microsoft Store.

The Windows Desktop Client Decoders Page has not discovered it and does not give it as an option, displaying only the LAV Codec.

(This one's definitely not my fault this time. Fingers crossed  )

Do you remember when I posted to you that NextPVR is 32bit https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid540064. Is the HEVC Codec you purchased 32bit?

FWIW I found this link from MS to get their HEVC codec free https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/hevc-v...4wgh0z6vhq Not sure what else but Movies and TV will use it.

OK. Now your just sadistically rubbing it in.  

Not only did I get the wrong Codec but I paid for it as well !!! ( OK it was only a Dollar, but it's the principle. Piggin Microsoft)
