Updating channel logos

Hiya.
Aside from going in to the npvr folder and deleting the existing channel logo, is there any way of getting npvr to overwrite/replace a logo when it changes at the xmltv end?
I'm going through xteve at the moment and manually mapping channels to use SD data rather than that provided by the IPTV service (as they only provide the schedule for that day), and as such, it is updating the channel logos.
But when I update the EPG in NextPVR from the xteve URL, it isn't updating the channel logos, even after restarting the service/rebooting.

If there isn't any way to currently do so (without deleting the existing logo), would it be possible to have this as a tickbox somewhere in settings to update logos on EPG update? or even if there is a button a bit like the SD logo download, to run a 1 time update, which will pull in the channel logos from the XMLTV sources and save them, overwriting anything that is currently there.

It wont replace an icon if you've already got one - since some people use their own custom icons rather than whatever their guide data points at..

For now you'd have to delete the icon files, and hit update epg if you wanted them updated.

At some stage I might change that 'download SD icons' button to a 'download channel icons' button, and it'd do both SD and xmltv.

Note that updating icons in NextPVR won't change them in Kodi either. For Matrix you can update one or all, but in Leia you manually have to clean them out.

As I have npvr and kodi on the same machine, if I just point kodi to use the same folder as npvr uses for channel logos, that would work, wouldn't it?

No the addon uses a different naming convention.

aah ok.. so just delete all the images in the folder specified in Kodi and let it re-import them all?

Yes the next time you start, or if you clear PVR data they will get reloaded.

I moved all of the images from "C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\media\channels" in to another folder.
Restarted NextPVR service
Cleared EPG Guide
and then clicked update EPG.
It repopulated the EPG ok, but didn't download any of the logos for the channels.
Had a look in the xteve.xml and it's showing the link for the channel logo ok
i.e.

Do they try and download during EPG update? or is it a staggered slow download?
