Perhaps the server doesn't see it as an I: drive. Do new recordings work?

Have you imported these recordings, or modified the database data in the past?
The problem is coming from the event_detail attribute of the recordings, which doesn't look like it was generated by NextPVR. It's got some weird indenting etc. I've modified a couple of components for the next build though, and it is loading now.

The server see it, I just re-installed V4 (it was wokring also corrrectly with the May V5 release) and it works perfectly.
as V4 works , the pressure from my wife goes down. I work in a company providing software and I fully understand your willingness to support the latest release. So I will investigate the issue with my Intel ATOM player/server (I will mount as a drive I: the shared NAS directory ) thank you

I may not have been clear, when I wrote server not seeing it, I meant the software server which is the NextPVR service and not the physical server.
Your problem is becoming troubling since you now mention that v4 is working I assume you mean NextPVR.exe. Didn't you post that the v5 NextPVR.exe was working? The PC client is still the prime playback client for most people. Martin

in fact I refer working correctly with Nextpvr.exe but also Appel Tv and host:8866/modern/index.html for both V4 and previous V5
To answer Sub, yes there is some modification after recording as I record on C: SSD disk to be able to go fast writing recording for 3 tuners same time max when at the same time watching the 3TB SATA disk records. So I am using Nscripthelper -rename after moving records under i:/NAS the 3TB disk

the sreen capture you show is exactly what I am not seeing with latest V5, when see it with no problem on V4 and previous V5
looking both apple TV or host:8866/modern/recording.html

I do agree with the OP, that an update to NextPVR v5 broke this since I have an earlier install here and it loads fine.

Possibly.
It was related to unexpected formatting in event_detail, which would cause the event_detail to not load. Changes to api elsewhere expected the EPGEvent to be present if there was some data in event_detail, but it was not loading the EPGEvent. Ultimately the fix was to load the event_detail regardless of formating.

ddespite installing the dll theproblem is still there. Isimplified the db on another machine and the problem occurs when I displace the file and expalin it with NscriptHelper to NextPVR.Who eprfectly understood it as I am able to replay the displaced file with the desktop app. The web apps does not show the displaced recording.
the NscriptHelper command was : dotnet "C:\PROGRA~1\NextPVR\NScriptHelper.dll" -Rename "C:\Users\Public\Videos\REC\This Is Us\Season 01\This.Is.Us.S01E01.Lanniversaire.ts" "C:\Users\Public\Videos\REC\test\This.Is.Us.S01E01.Lanniversaire.ts" |
