You really need to send those logs. Your statement is also confusing "watch live while recording inprogress". Do you mean you are watching live tv while recording or do you mean trying to watch the recording while it is inprogress?

Sorry to be unclear my English is not fluent ..i mean watching the same channel live while recording it

Please check "nrecord.log.1"

First Recording started @line 41550 

i have used Kodi for recording

Note: i have tested recording in multiple times each for few minutes for TV series "The.Gifted.S02E08", each recording were having the issue

Your English is great. I suggest the issue is with your provider and multiple connections or your internet during multiple downloads since I see absolutely nothing on the recording thread [8] that would cause those lost packets.

that provider allow only 1 connection at a time. but i'm not sure if the client use 1 or more connections while watching live and recording the same channel

IMPORTANT Edit: please check Line 50308 in "nrecord.log.2" followed by begin of "nrecord.log1" these logs showing recording from TLC channel for "90 Day Fiancé" TV series ...its also watching while recording using web app and this from another provider which had same issue. (approx. 30mins of recording)

There may be an issue with multi-rec on IPTV I do see

2020-06-24 00:05:37.651 [DEBUG][54] ...resource is already in use, but this capture source supports multi-record and is on the same channel

That will be up to sub to comment on so this time for real that's it for me.

the issue occurs like once every 5-10 mins ..so maybe at that moment was unable to handle multi-rec due to resource in use

If you can time it to 400 seconds it might be related to the slip file.  If you increase the timeshift buffer time does that change things?

i have tried to change recording settings in kodi as well but still getting lose sync caused by repeats scenes in recorded ts file as well a noticeable while live watching the channel while in-process recording.

i can now confirm its %100 NextPVR issue. i hope this get fix ASAP

Edit: its also effect on file by giving incorrect video time information (video continue playback after video time ended)
