Unhandled Exception Error Using Desktop App

I am suddenly getting Unhandled Exception errors whenever I change channels in the desktop app.  Any advice?  Capture of error and logs attached.

To be honest, I'm not really sure. Does it happen every time now?

Yes every single time I open the desktop client and switch to live TV, then start changing channels. After usually between 5- 10 channel changes I get that message and then a follow-on error message about the tuner.

What version of Windows are you running, and what is your video renderer set to in Settings->Decoders?

Windows 10 Pro Version 1909, OS build 18363.900. EVR. Next two are default, then everything else is LAV.

To help me narrow down the cause, can you check if it also happens without using the mouse? ie, just use the up/down/left/right/enter/escape keys.

Ok, so you may be on to something.  I did literally 25 arrow / enter channel changes and it worked just fine.  Then did 5 mouse changes and error message pops up.  This time I copied the details in the error message box which I see does mention things about the mouse.  Also if I say continue I get that weird tuner message that pops up.  And no, I am not doing any recordings so that is strange that it mentions that the tuner is needed for a recording.  Let me know if there is something else I can provide.

I’m out at the moment but will try to post an updated file water which will hopefully fix it

I've been changing channels with the mouse for about 10 minutes now and no more error messages. Good job!
