Been testing NPVR on multiple systems to see what works best for me.  Is there any way to important channels from a linux db to windows database?  I tried inserting channels table but that didn't see to work. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you are using Schedules Direct I think you could copy your database if the type is HDHR. IPTV and EXTRA tuners could have trouble with linux style filepaths and ATSC/QAM won't work.

Did you have trouble with sleep? I gave up on letting my system last year.

Thanks!!

Yeah, I was able to make sleep work, but on resume. NPVR would take too long to reinitialize. I'm hoping it's not a v5 thing.  Also with the video card error and the buffering, I thought windows might be the most stable platform for NPVR.  We will see, this will be the last time doing it haha.  I've tested on Raspberry PI 4, Ubuntu and will be testing Windows.

So I was able to make it work by inserting the records from Channel and Channel_group.  I used this thread the second post to pull the information from the old db to the new db. https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59815

I ended up having to restart my computer to see the changes.  Posting here incase anyone wants to try this in the future.  Thanks again Martin!
