Detected Digital ATSC tuner cannot find any channels after scan

I have two tuners. 


Local Recorder (Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD ATSC Tuner)
Local Recorder (Hauppauge Cx23100 BDA ATSC Tuner)

The WinTV-dual tuner can find channels no problem. The Cx23100 BDA cannot find any channels after a scan. I can't seem to attach the logs so here's a sample.

 Any suggestions?

Make sure you have no cable splitters in use when you try the test different tuners will have different selectivity. I am assuming you are in the same location For the logs, make sure you attach the zipped log and if they are too big use the cloud (like Google Drive, OneDrive etc)

Does it work with WinTV?

I’ve lost my WinTV cd key so I can’t check it. But It did work with win tv 6 back when I initially installed this tuner. I have since reformatted and reinstalled and as such I can’t install WinTV. This same turner will currently work with Plex Live TV and with a hacked version of Windows Media Center.

When you click on the 'Hauppauge Cx23100 BDA ATSC Tuner' device, it should give you the option to copy the tuning from the other device. Accept that, then try watching a channel on that device that should be working, then post the logs again.

If it wasn't for this part of your comment, I would have said it sounds like either no signal arriving at the device, or device has died (which happens some times)

It says it Failed to start requested stream.

The attempt didn't look like it made it as far as the device. Reboot and try again.

Did you manually install NShared.dll?
