Cannot connect remotely

I can access my remote NPVR server via the web and through Kodi but not with the Andoid app on my Pixel or nVidia Shield. I've been through the prior posts on this topic and the only open item that may be affecting my login is the PIN, which I've updated on the server (but the client app isn't asking for a PIN on login).

If you can post the logs, I'll check it out. Let me know what time you attempted to connect, so I know where to look in the logs.

Problem solved. It wasn't clear to me that the "0000" for setting up the server in the app was for the pin - it's now working nicely. Thanks for responding to me so quickly.
