Recoding directory and Padding, Why ????

As I said above, the NextPVR service runs as the 'localsystem' account by default, so doesn't have access to c:\users\pedrobelo\. It's likely TVMosaic ran as your user account, so had access.

You can either change the directory you're recording to, or change the NextPVR service to run as your account.

also why padding have to do manually not auto as setup in desk app ?

Click the Windows start menu, type Services and run it. Right click to view the properties of the NextPVR Service, click the Log On tab,...

on padding issue, I asked 15 min for pre and 15m for post padding on settings , but when I open a program to record instead of mentioning my setup info, it just says default and dont do such 15m before and after, that I have inputted on setiings, so have to input it manually each time I want to record a program, do you understand now ?

No - you'd tick 'this account', and select your user, and enter your password.

On the Settings->General page, if you set pre/post padding to 15 minutes, then any time you schedule a new recording after that, "default" will mean 15 minutes.
