Pluto TV.

Got a first look at an overnight EPG automatic update. HDHR SD updates and locast xmltv updates were fine but plutotv did not update. I looked at the logs but saw no errors.

What could be wrong?

What do you have in the batch file?

Nevermind. Sorry, but I forgot to restart the server again. PLutoTV guide is full after manual EPG update.

You shouldn't have to do that more than once unless you do a clean install.  Still not much point in doing it overnight, it disappears 5 hours later.

FYI...when searching a US zipcode in schedules direct I found "Pluto TV (USA-PLUTOTV-DEFAULT)" lineup.  This includes ~70 channels and gives EPG data for 7 days.  

If anyone is able to find another SD line-up that includes more Pluto channels, please share that information.

Nice tip.  Using that info,  I will update this and create two new extras one with SD and one without for XMLTV mapping.  Unfortunately those SD channel numbers don't match the Pluto channel numbers

Which zip code did you use for the lineup? How did you find this lineup?

I found it in NYC 10001via NextPVR SD JSON

That lineup is not shown in the Add Lineup I see using zip 10001 for my loginid. 

Where should I be looking?

That is the legacy xmltv interface. I told you to use NextPVR.

I have put in a lineup request to SD to ask if they would provide a complete listing for all current PlutoTV channels - waiting for a response.



Update:

SD has responded and stated that they will be requesting the latest channel lineup from PlutoTV. Hopefully, they can provide more than 6 hours worth.
