Stopping a recording

Hi, how do you stop a recording in GBPVR?
I have tried to stop it by cancelling in GBPVR but although GBPVR shows it as not recording it is recording still according to the little round recording status icon on the bottom right of the screen? It is definitely still recording as you can tell from the HDD activity.

The only way I can stop a recording mid recording is by closing the recording program and restarting it.

If you cancel it, and you can watch something else on TV, it's not.

I dont use live tv in gbpvr so havent noticed if that is the case but will check tonight.
The recording icon on the task bar on the desktop is saying it is still recording would suggest that it is still recording.
The fact that when you stop the recording half way through within GBPVR then exit GBPVR and then flick through the channels on the sky remote you end up with a recording of half a program and half changing of channels woud also prove this.

Just seems that the cancel recordings options within GBPVR have no effect on the actual recording part?

What am i doing wrong? :confused: :confused:
