Problem with Advanced in Xguide and Xsearch from Xrecord 0.38

If I use advanced to schedule a recordingof 'SHow A' and get to search all channels for instances of it, it works perfectly.

However if I tell it to just look at one channel, it does not pick up any. (Obviously, i have set it to look at the right channel).

I don't remember this being a problem before - it is not too major becuiase most shows are just on one channel but it can be a bit frustrating when it is on two channels but you just want to record from one.

I have tried 0.39 - the same problem seems to exist.

Might it have something to do with having two Tv cards (one DVB and one analogue) both able to record from the (mostly) same channels?

probably not. Probably just a bug in the channel logic in CDK. For now just say all channels. It is on my todo list.

Jorm, Jrock, and I have setup a SourceForge project for CDK Scheduler, XGuide, and the XRecord suite of projects. The link above is a link to the bugzilla entry I added for your problem. If you can also let me know which show you are having problems with, and the steps to reproduce, that would be helpful also.

No problem - I have signed up for sourceforge but I cannot see where to attach a file. I'll put it on here and that'll be a start.

The show on here that does not work is Gardener's World - all the others are record ALL.
