HDHomerun recording bizzarely not working

I refreshed my Windows 8.1 PC recently and I reinstalled NextPVR on it and now not only I can't record anything from my HDHomerun, I can't even watch anything from it. IPTV still works fine tho. Attached are the logs. Great program either way, sub. Cheers

Did you reinstall the HDHR software and drivers?

Did that and that didn't work. I eventually solved the issue by running two ATSC scans along with HDHR and merged the channels. That seemed to do it
