hi,
i watched the videos to scan channels under my devices and but i get a different drop down menu than the video.  in the video it has the actual locations under "all countries all frequencies". see below

i am using a digital cable card in the device.  if i scan it does find the channels on different "unknown" channels.

any assistance would be appreciated.

Do you have the Silicon Dust software installed on your PC? Also what is your guide source?

You're using it with a CableCard for digital cable right?

If so, it should just pull in your channel list from http://<hdhr-ipaddress>/lineup.json?tuning. Does that url work in your browser, and return a list of channels?

I'm not sure what video you're talking about, but it might have been for NextPVR v4.

With v5, you should be able to go to the Settings->Devices screen, and see your device in the list, and click on the one with 'HDHR' type on the left, then hit scan channels etc.
