Terratec H6 - no channels found

On a HP X2 Win10 ver 2H20 Notebook I installed Terratec H6 driver TERRATEC_H6_Drv_Setup_5.09.1202.00_Vista_7_8_64Bit.exe
The card works fine with DVBViewer for Terratec Edition.

However when I try to find something on nextPVR via cable no channels could be found.

Note: I once tried this on a different computer in a virtual machine and strangely there i could find some stations only once.

Any suggestions very welcome!

That kind of sounds like the first device didn't like your laptop or something.

Eitehr way, post the logs showing an attempted scan, and I'll check for any errors.

Please find attached the logs. Before I started scanning I was asked if I would take over the configuration from the other card, which I did.
- no channels found with Terratec
- no Epg updated (with the existing channels from the other card)
- unable to watch a channel (which was previously found by the other card)

Is your tuner being locked by other software like DVB Viewer?

Yeah, it is most likely due to that error in the logs, but it's not clear why it's getting this error. As Martin says, could it be in use elsewhere?

Thanks for the hint Martin, any idea how I can find out which process is blocking the tuner?
In my case I just did the following:
- booted the computer
- went to services and stopped nextPVR service (in order to delete old logs)
- started nextPVR exe to get console output
- tried tuning
I didn't start any other apps that time, especially DVB Viewer

I'd check to see if a service might be open, not just a program. Other than that I can't be any help. I did notice for that type of card there is a special setting in DVB Viewer

"Force auto-modulation (EMPIA-based USB DVB-C tuners only): If this checkbox is ticked, TransEdit lets the driver detect the modulation, regardless of the modulation (QAM16...QAM256) set in the TransEdit Main Window. Change this setting if tuning does not work reliably"

Unfortunately no there isn't, and we don't even know for sure that is the problem.

I tried TerratecH6 + nextPVR in a new Win10 Virtual Machine via fresh install.
-No other Tuner SW installed

My Terratec OEM version of DVB Viewer (=dvbviewer841.zip) seems not to have any TransEdit. I didn't find any services installed nor did I find transEdit in the settings.
Therefore I think Terratec DVBViewer Edition looks to me like it's not blocking nextPVR
