Latest Update - HDHR won't work

Hi,
recently updated to the lasted NextPVR version 5.1.1.210329
Since then one of my TV tuners won't work and keep getting an error message "Unable to start stream"
Not sure 100% what part of the log I need to look at, as I have 2 HDHR tuners (Dual & Connect). Connect (newer) works fine.

What I found in the log is:

Here are the logs from a reinstall of the whole thing
Tried doing 3 recording at the same time (2 tuners with 2 antennas each)

Did you try playing in a direct play client like NextPVR.exe? Also consider testing with software transcoding disabled. Finally is the Silcondust software install on the PC?

Hi Martin,

sorry, not sure where to disable transcoding?
I've the checkbox where it says "Avoid transcoding where possible (for better performance)" active.

Also, I tested the 4 tuners with the HDHomerun application and it works ok, I can have 4 different channels playing at the same time on this PC.

Just tried NextPVR.exe with 2 recording streams (because it picks up the working tuner first) and tried playing a 3rd channel. Doesn't work either.

Edit: also yes, Silicondust SW is installed and used to configure the older Dual tuner

You turned on the AMD decoding go into the Transcoding settings and set the Video Decoder back to the default setting CPU until you get it working

There does seem to be a few issues

This is looking more like a vpn/antivirus/internet suite/firewall issue right now.

Yes, saw those error messages and that and couldn't figure out why.
I haven't changed any vpn/antivirus/internet/firewall. Don't use VPN at all
I may have older logs from when that tuner was working if that helps

Sub will need to look it's not clear looking at this why NextPVR is using http on an rtp port.

When you installed the devices did you copy the tuners? You can't copy legacy to new format and vice versa

I did copy tuners. 
So should I map the newer Connect, copy the second tuner for Connect
and then map as separate (not copy) the dual and copy the second dual?
I can try that.

Also, I could be wrong but maybe this Dual tuner hasn't been working for a while? I've attached old logs I found around

Yes create and copy tuners from the same device and then you can merge them later on.
