Ability to adjust the playback speed

Per the link here - https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59968, I would like to formally request the ability to adjust the playback speed of recorded videos from within NextPVR (not Kodi), without altering the pitch of the audio.

The same as what Netflix is doing and what MythTV and VLC currently have programed.
