You need to upload logs showing the failed attempt to use five tuners.

Hi Martin,

Sorry "false alarm" I am currently running 7 out of 8 Tuners with no problems.

Obviously it takes a while until KODI / NextPVR Addon take notice of the new possibilities.

Will track that for a while and notice you again if the problem persists / occcurs again.

Thanks!

Actually the addon is not aware of how many tuners you have. What you might have seen is a bug in the current version of NextPVR that won't let you schedule recordings from Kodi. Sub has only released the fix as a patch. https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid558247

Hi Martin,

Thanks for cross-analyzing.

Yes, I have this Problem with my KODI frontend but the linked patch did not fix it.

I can schedule recordings from my phone and from the Next PVR client in windows.

I will move the issue to the KODI Forum if you agree.

Regards,

Matthias

You need to stop the recording server and make sure you replace the correct NShared.dll in Program Files (there is another one in client). If that doesn't fix it, I guess it is something different so sure you can open a new thread.
