Similar issues here. Replacing the NextPVRUI.dll files made it better at first, but now not so much.
What else can be done besides replacing the NextPVRUI.dll file in both locations?

Right after editing my post, I saw there was a new release. Installed it, and that seems to have fixed the delays and stuttering.
On a separate note, I am not getting notifications from these forums, including from the update forum. I had the same version for months because I had no idea there were new versions. I unsubscribed and resubscribed yesterday, and got no notification of today's new release.

I can see in the email logs that is successfully sending emails for things like registration, changing password etc. There doesn't seem to be very many emails being sent for subscription updates. There is a list of about 80 users that have been blocked from receiving further emails (due to previous hard bounce of email), but your email address is not in that list. There isn't much I can suggest other than just assume you're not getting these emails, and check in from time to time. Hopefully the mybb guys will fix it at some stage.

Hopefully these emails should keep coming through now.

I just tried 2 others, and even renamed the .edl file on the Roadkill episode, to take it out of the equation as martin suggested, but no change. Just a follow up, in case someone else comes across this in the future. After much troubleshooting, I found that the few seconds of stuttering video/audio at start and at each jump stopped happening if I changed the decoder from LAV (0.75.1) to the Cyberlink Video Decoder (PDVD13), but the ancient Cyberlink decoder has its own set of oddities. First I tried reinstalling LAV, but that didn't change anything. However, I reinstalled again, but this time checked the "Reset Settings" check box during setup. Whatever was going on, that cleared it up. All was working well up until the NPVR update a couple of weeks ago. It seems that something in that update (and/or the patches listed in this thread) tripped up LAV somehow, but reinstall with reset settings has things working smoothly again. Hope this helps someone else too.
