My audio is out of sync in both live and recorded. Running version 5.2.1.211003. Windows 8.1 platform with Hauppauge HVR-2250 tuner card. Any constructive explicit suggestion welcome.

From recordings from a digital tuner, the audio/video sync is set by the broadcaster, so the stream itself (and recordings) will be fine. Your problem will be a playback problem. What are you using for watching?

Your problem will be a playback problem. What are you using for watching? The HVR-2250 tuner card is plugged into a Gigabyte H57M-USB3 motherboard running i3 CPU. The motherboard has embedded Realtek PCIe audio controller and Intel HD Graphics. Motherboard integrated HDMI output is connected to an Onkyo AV TX=SR608 receiver. The Receiver HDMI and optical signal outputed to Vizio model PX65-G1 TV.

That doesn't answer the question. Are you trying to watch the recording in nextpvr.exe, or the web app, or kodi, or something else?

I am trying to watch both the live and recorded in the nextpvr app. Not sure if i was using the "client" link or the executable.

Ok. Reproduce the problem, then post the logs and we'll take a look.

What do you have for audio out on the NextPVR decoders page? In the past you had to leave it at Default and change the default in Windows.

Audio Decoders are all set to LAV except the AAC audio which is set to Microsoft DTV=DVD Audio Decoder I did not explicitly load the LAV decoders. Either they are not on my system and NextPvr uses something else or they were loaded when I installed the NextPvr software? |
