how do i get an m3u playlist for my device?

ive got schedules direct going strong i just dont really know where to go from there

There are lots of m3u lists some legal and some illegal. The legal ones in North America aren't always that interesting and usually don't have an EPG. Maybe start here https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv/tree/master/channels
