Filename doesn't contain Season and Episode since the last update

Since the last update i don't get Season and Episode numbers.

It always worked in the past, this is happening since the last update.

I'm guessing you're using an xmltv EPG source, and it's only got the season/episode number has part of the show subtitle/description, rather than a <episode-num> tag. ie, so kind of looks like it's there in your screenshot, but not really.

Sub's right. If you look in this set of pending recordings for Judge Judy, only one XMLTV format has S/E information that NextPVR undertands. My guess based solely on these two recordings is NextPVR parses the description for this information not the subtitle. There are other fields in the XMLTV file too.

Yes NextPVR has some full back logic that tries to find season/episode info in the text of the title/description of a show (if it's not explicitly supplied). I've extended this to include looking in the subtitle in the next build. (I think in this specific case, the subtitle was also extracted from the description rather than a separate subtitle)

mrfosheezy, the next release will handle your situation where the guide source is not supplying the season/episode in the standard way, and instead only has it as part of the subtitle text.
