Hello,

First thank you for your hard work. I am an old NextPVR user and until now, had no issue.
Recently, my PC crashed and I had to reinstall everything and now having a pb with NextPVR

I am on Windows 10 and using a Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD (Model 1662xx-1, Dual DVB-T/T2/C, IR).
my NextPVR version is up to date, ie Version: 5.2.3.211114.

Problem is:
After scanning the TNT (DVB-T) channels, Canal+ group is completly missing.
This group is using 546MHz frequency.
For the scanning, I am using All Countries/all Regions and 546 is indeed scanned with 8MHz bandwidth
Any wy, no channel is detected.

Scanning the channels with WinTV 10 (the hauppauge TV soft) is running perfectly and the Canal+ channels are perfectly detected in 546MHz.

Do you have any suggestion to correct this problem ?

For info, Channels in Canal+ group are paid channel. Are they excluded in NextPVR.

Post the logs and I'll take a look.

If they work in WinTV they should work in NextPVR.

True - though I'm not 100% sure he said that. It just sounds like he said that the scan detected the channels in WinTV.

Sorry if I was not clear, but yes, the channels are perfectly working under WinTV.
For info Canal+ is paid TV, but can always be seen: in a sort of scramble mode when paid time is occuring, in clear at certain moment of the day.

Can you give a link to a post explaining how to obtain the log you are looking for?

So I launched the device scan @ 9h00, wait until the end and got the log from the web interface.
Attached to this post.
Tell me if these are the correct one for you to analyse.

Could you please download sub's TSCapture program https://www.tscapture.com/ and record a full transport stream on that frequency for one minute and provide an external link on the cloud somewhere (OneDrive, GoogleDrive, DropBox etc)

scan with TSCapture went well and all channels has been properly detected, including 546MHz one
