Thanks for your efforts. Timing does sound strange. Was wondering if it would help just getting a poster when you need it and then getting fanart or something when thats needed another time instead of, I presume, all together. Probably not though, just more visits.

You can delete images from the control panel under your account.

While I'm here, does anyone think it would be a good idea / be possible in the browser after looking at details for an individual program and pressing the back button on the mouse it could just get rid of the details display instead of going back to the previous page (out of the guide) ?

Just as a general mention, this is going pretty well. Harry Potter 6 is given as The Half-Blood Prince for example.
