It looks like it's some bits missing from the zip file. I'll add it to my list of things to check when I have some time.

It might be case of needing to drop NPVRCCExtractor.ax and NPVRCCDump.ax into the nlite directory from a NextPVR install.

Adding those 2 files to the nlite directory didn't make any difference.

Ok
