I have a problem where a few of my NPVR scheduled recordings fail with a “[Failed: Channel not found. Deleted?]” message. When I see the message the next day, I can always successfully watch the channel that NPVR says may be deleted. A screenshot is attached. I need help figuring out how to debug this. My setup:
If NextPVR has a problem with a channel, will it try again with the next tuner listed on the Setupevices page?
I don’t know if this is a software, hardware, or CableCard/cable TV issue. Please help me debug this.

- Windows 11 with all current patches, and set to never go to sleep.
- Two HDHomeRun PRIME devices (HDHR3-CC) giving me a total of six available tuners. The tuner’s software and firmware are current. HDHomeRun device IDs 1323E608 and 1323DBEC. I’m also including the log from the PRIME devices for May 6-8. I've also verified that occasional-problem channels are on both of my PRIME devices
- NextPVR Version: 5.2.7.220410
