TV screen 1/5 cut away

When using Live TV, 1/5 of the screen was cut.



The 4 CCTV screen should be the same (i.e. 4 identical rectangle screen)
But for unknown reason, the lower 1/5 of the screen has been cut away!

What is the reason?
There is no such problem when I freshly installed and configured GBPVR...

What type of capture device are you using?

Have you tried hitting F7 a few times?

I'm using ATI Theatre 550 Pro TV Card

Yup, but in all aspect mode, the lower part of the screen is being cut away

If you're in a PAL country, you may need to edit direct.ini file and set ForceStandard=16

For some reason the ATI 550 drivers default to 720x480 NTSC resolution for PAL broadcasts.

Thanks. It works.

I'm in Hong Kong and our TV systems is PAL-I.
Therefore, edit direct.ini file and set ForceStandard=15 solved the problem

I dunno why.

The problem came back itself.
I didn't change the ForceStandard=15 setting.

I have to change the direct.ini and re-save it in order to have it come back to normal

I had the same problem with resolution only when recording. My TV tuner is the same: Sapphire ATI Theatrix 550 Pro. But I fix it when I changed standart in my TV tuner settings to PAL_D (before was PAL_B) ...now I have not problems with recording resolution on PAL_D and PAL_B too

Edit: The problem is back after reboot video standart is going to NTSC_M automaticly and I can not fix this...I must fix it manually after every reboot. I use 2 video standarts and if I edit direct.ini I lose one of them. Please help! I saw this http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...ight=PAL_B topic with the same problem .
