These octo card where you can get 8 tuners from only 4 feeds are clearly a little out of the ordinary. i'm not going to pretend to know how it works, but is any additional config required?

Do you have any muxes where thee are a mix of HD and SD and only the HD channels are found? If so use TSCapture to capture the full mux and we might see what your card id is doing to "hide" the full transport stream. You will need to give use a link on cloud storage to the file that is created. Your other card works so the full stream is available, but it might be worth providing the full mux from it too as a benchmark.

Hi Martin, i only see one mux in the UK where there is a mix of HD and SD Channels https://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php 10964 H 22000. In TSCapture nothing is found. Just as a FYI in the DVBViewer scanning tool on the same mux and tuner i get the following, you can see the HD channel at the end

Perhaps create C:\Temp and use this registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\NPVR\LogTSFlow=1 to see if the mon.txt file that gets create shows anything. You can probably stop after the first frequency.

You need to delete that key and create a new key of type REG_DW (a 32-bit integer).
