Hi, The last few weeks i've been in the process of putting together my own htpc. I've spend a few weeks on these boards looking for answers and new ideas. I really love how gbpvr works compared to the competition.
I managed to get this far on my own, but now i feel i need some help.
The topic title says it all i think, whenever a camera pans you see a u stutter in the movement, and the picture gets blurred. I tested with a few codecs today when a footballmatch was on. (Intervideo, nero, cyberlink, nvidia, elecard dscaler5 etc.)The best results i got were with dscaler5 (bit blurry) and nvidia.Same with recordings and on monitor and tv.
Nvidia is great for 10 seconds, then it goes to jerky video mode and back to great quality ? and on and on and on.
Dscaler4 produces very watchable smooth panning video.
Setup:
Amd 2600
768 mb DDR
Radeon 9600 pro (omega drivers) normal 16:9 connected to tvout
160GB seagate barracuda
Win xp pro + sp2
Gbpvr settings:
VMR9
encoder pass through
Someone any idea what i could try ?
