Can not Scan

Hello,

I use window 10.
I have a new Lenovo 64bit, Intel I5 Desktop with 500gb. I got Realtek DTV usb tuners. But it seem that nextPVR unable to scan them.I have installed the latest nestPVR which I assume is 64bit v.5.2.7(220410).

For experiment reason, I installed another TV recorder called TotalMedia. This TotalMedia can see the Tuners and scan them. So why when I scan with nextPVR it does not see any channels?

Maybe I meant to install other things in addition to NPVRSetup.exe program. In the past I've used cody.
I assume that the new installation do it all in one package.

The install does have everything it needs, but for some reason it looks like the drivers for your device are behaving a little different from other devices, and it isn't hooking up. It's not entirely clear why. I know there has been issues with Realtek devices in the past, and some people needed to use specific versions of the drivers to get the device working in 3rd party software. (I'm guessing TotalMedia came with the device, and knows the secret sauce for working with the specific driver at also came with the device)

My next bet is maybe to use an older version of nextPVR. But I did not see on nextPVR website an older version, just the link to the very new one.
Any Ideas?

The BDA tuner support is the same in all version and is not version specific. Maybe try this solution https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid546119

I expect you need to reboot too, there are some issues even detecting the tuner.
