one channel bug

I have a quad core celeron brix that I use as a m3u tuner on my main npvr box. I just moved one of my qray extra tuners from my main box to my brix. If I am streaming a channel from the brix directly to another pc in ether kodi or vlc and I start a stream on a third pc in ether kodi or vlc, it shows the same stream on both devices and changes channel to the second channel on both devices. I have tried with both intel and cpu encoders but no luck. All systems are on sunvalley 2. I have attached logs. thanks.

I'm across the ocean from home but suspect you have an issue with your blaster or blaster config and I assume you mean URay.  Live TV by default opens new tuners if it can  instead of reusing a tuner, (sub and I disagree on this) as he feels users prefer changing channels

I'd agree - it's probably something to do with your blaster setup. (either logic problem in your uray .bat files, or physical IR blaster setup - like multiple set top boxes seeing the IR signal)

so I have black tape over my ir emitters and they are on opposite ends of the shelf with equipment in between I built a new server did a clean install of windows with new drivers but have the same issue. The only thing I can think of is irss is blasting on all zones from the command line as it does not do this from translator. I have no idea how to fix this. I need multiple zones (left and right) and to blast the live button before changing channels. any advice is appreciated


edit: I am using the following command in my extra tuners bat file

Yeah, could be something like that. You can sometimes check your blasters by looking at them through your phone camera. Might be worth trying that to check.

I have black tape over the emitters so I cant check them with my phone. lets assume it is ignoring -port and is blasting on all zones,I have a few questions:

1. How do I fix this?

2. What about another program. I tried usbuirtsend and uutx without luck?

3. What about girder?

4. How do I get girder to respond to command line inputs?

so i noticed you are the author of usbuirtsend (https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59255). it mostly works except I cant get it to blast enter which i assigned live to. how do i do this. thanks.

Honestly, I can't tell you very much about it. It's been such a long time since I used it myself, and I don't remember a lot about it.

Looking at the code, even though it leans 0-9 and ENTER, it never actually sends the ENTER. It looks it only ever sends the digits.
