Import m3u on device list - file/folder navigator

Not sure how big a job it is, but the field with the import m3u url, is there a simple component that could be added to the web site to allow browsing of a local file system?  Yes I can type it, and have, but just a little tweak like that would make life easier.

+2 if you do the same browser for the XMLTV file which is needed for more than IPTV.
