XMEDIA Skin and Music Player error

When I use the XMEDIA Skin (exellent work BTW!) I get an error trying to access my music. It loads the plugin and then gives an error.

I am running a mapped network drive as my music source directory.

For some reason it works no problem at all in BlueMCE2 (but that skin is impossible to read on my old CRT 26" TV).

Thanks in advance. I have to reboot the pc due to a different problem of the MVP dropping the connection and gvpbr.exe running at 98% CPU until reboot. I will post the specific error when I can reconnect.

Ok, it only happens in the XMEDIA skin for sure. When I load the Music Player plugin I see my Directory on the left until I click it, then it dissappears.

Once it has dissappeared it will not come back unless I cycle power to MVP. It won't work on the desktop GBPVR either.

If I try to go into Jukebox I get an error that says something like : Cannot find data path...

Anyone?

Look in your gbpvr.exe.log file. You will see an error listed in it that describes what resource could not be loaded. If you post anything that looks like errors related to the music player from the log here we'll be able to figure out what is missing in the skin.

Jeff, here is errors that are in the log file. I can't seem to see any errors that have anything to do specifically with music player - but I am not really sure what I am looking for either.

For some reason it is only that one skin that gives the error on the TV screen.

Is there a file named background.jpg in the main skin directory (that is, in the root directory of the skin).
