No czech characters in EPG

Píšu záměrně Česky. Pokud někdo z vás dojde až sem, udělal jsem utilitku co převede poškozené české znaky v utf8 na správné české znaky v epg. 

1. rozbalte soubor EPGTranscode.zip do složky c:\Users\Public\NPVR-Data\
2. v plánovači úloh pod Windows si vytvořte pravidelnou úlohu která bude každou hodinu spouštět soubor EPGTranscode.exe
- stane se to že se dumpne npvr.db3, pak dle převodové tabulky v EPGCharlist.txt se převedou znaky a opět se vše vloží zpátky do npvr.db3, EPG pak bude normálně pěkně Česky jak v aplikaci tak i v kodi.

PS: NPVR_EPGTranscode_source.zip je zdroják v Delphi, kdyby někdo potřeboval něco doladit.

I write in Czech on purpose. If any of you come this far, I made a utility that converts damaged Czech characters in utf8 to correct Czech characters in epg.

1. unzip EPGTranscode.zip to c:\Users\Public\NPVR-Data\
2. in the Windows task scheduler, create a regular task that will run the EPGTranscode.exe file every hour
- what happens is that npvr.db3 is dumped, then characters are converted according to the conversion table in EPGCharlist.txt and everything is put back into npvr.db3, the EPG will normally be in Czech both in the application and in Kodi.

PS: NPVR_EPGTranscode_source.zip is the source file in Delphi, if anyone needs to tweak something.

There is a PostLoadEPG script run after the EPG but before recordings are scheduled that is the best place for any scripts modifying guide data which seems easier and better than running a scheduled task.
