No, it prevents a shutdown. Windows eventually displays the blank/login screen, then I can login and shutdown.

The Kodi network timeout setting won't help with sleep issues but it will help with slow tuner starts like you had after WOL. I am pretty sure sub changed this so 15 second timer starts later. Check the Kodi wiki for advanced settings.

The reason logs are needed is there are occasionally issues with the recording handle count not getting updated properly and that is what I am looking for. As soon as sub releases the update to 6.1.2 with the fixed ntray you should update the 6.1.1 logs aren't as meaningful now
