[split] EPG not found for regional BBC HD

I may have the same or similar problem - in my case BBC ONE HD never fills (at least this was the one I noticed!). I noticed since they did the regional news update (I think) it's called BBC ONE Lon HD now which I suppose could be part and parcel of the issue. For info - BBC HD has for years not been able to provide local news after the main news so we switched to a non-HD 'local' bbc one to watch it. Now (I guess) they have a dedicated BBC ONE HD channel for a region and hence the name. I probably have other channels not populating but we only really watch the handful of HD channels in the main so the missus is only upset about one so far

I've captured the full stream this channel sits on in case the data provided helps - I've tried just about everything else but can't get it to ever populate.

Working now but you might also need to send your zipped logs with the the EPG update to make sure it is mapped properly.  It might not be an EPG problem.

Do you expect your full mux to have both BBC ONE HD and BBC ON Lon HD? It doesn't, so perphaps it is a mapping issue.

I'll admit - I've got confused myself on this one. According to this:

..I should see only one BBC ONE HD channel (not two). I haven't retuned in a long time and when I did try it the other day I think I ended up with two BBC ONE HD channels (one having 'lon' in the string) - I think it's worth me retuning once more and seeing what I end up with post an EPG clear and update. TBH I got put off since having carefully ordered the channels so that the HD listings came first in the guide (which I likely did in a much older version of NextPVR which I think had an easy way of changing the order) and this was undone by the retune so I reverted to a backup.

TS Capture reports:
BBC ONE Lon (likely SD)
BBC ONE Long HD (HD)

I'll make and backup, empty the EPG and retune once more.

From what I can see I can only reorder channels by manually editing the channel number. I'm using Kodi as my front end BTW.

Now retuned and updated the EPG. And weirdly this time I've got listing for both the SD and HD BBC One channels!

No idea if it was a problem between the chair and the keyboard but i've tried those steps prior to updating this morning with no luck. Thanks, now I'll figure out how to reorder things!

Based on Bobins post today which is probably more related maybe send the database too. There could be multiple frequencies and another fullmux might be required. I don't want to lose the OP's topic though.

Of note you have multiple mapping issues

One DB coming up...

BBC ONE HD - doesn't now exist.. "BBC ONE Lon HD" (17536) does.. 7345/7504 are just plain gone so this is interesting..

As for order I just moved 1-7 or so to later in the guide and reassigned the free numbers to the HD channels and forced Kodi to update based on the backend. All looks good.
