Updating my EPG is resulting only last 4 channels being populated. I've looked at the log file but nothing is helpful. I hope someone can help

A couple of things. It look like you are still running v4 and v6 v4 doesn't support Schedules Direct security changes and so v4 could end up locking your SD account.

More specifically though this error

2023-06-25 11:45:13.815 [ERROR][22] System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out.

was already reported here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=64878 and I opened a ticket with SD.
