Annoyingly you've still got that error.

I'll see if there is anything else I think might have caused it.

Could you possibly PM me a download link for your npvr.db3 file, so I can try the EPG update here?

The log appears to indicate updating the local xml file after requesting thecroc as if the update is confused as to the correct device. KVEW-HD is the tuner not the XC "thecroc..."

I'm pretty sure the unexpected data is coming from thecroc, causing it to stop.

With your database, and running the EPG update here, I should be able to reproduce it.

Perhaps. But removing thecroc as device and epg source should have remedied temporarily but didn't. Hope you find the hang up, thanks for looking into.

Are you going to PM a download link for your npvr.db3?

No worries if you'd rather not. It'd be the easiest way for me to reproduce the issue though.

There is another NShared.dll you can try here:

I had the same issue exactly but the NShared.dll from the linked thread fixed the issue

I think you have a description for a show that looks like it might include a season/episode number, but it's not.

So I'm having a similar issue and not sure about how to go about adding this NSHared.dll because in the main Windows NextPVR folder, it won't let me overwrite the existing one because it's in use. I tried disabling the service and adding this one but then I couldn't get the program to run and had to re-install. I did paste it to overwrite the NShared.dll in the client folder but that made no difference.

I know the issue is not with my service provider's EPG because I tried a few different IPTV clients like smarters and the TV guide is loading correctly on those. On NextPVR however, it loads some listings but fails to load the rest. The strange thing is that it worked fine for the first few days I installed the program, issue started happening on its own after that despite no changes and multiple re-installs.

v7 is not compatible with dll's from other versions. Open a new thread with your zipped logs and we can look.
