New Skin: BlueMCE2

The dark blue is great - one request - in the shutdown plugin skin thingy can you include the hibernate option as I think this update has been missed with the reversion of the shutdown command in that plugin.

Ordered a 24" widescreen LCD monitor for the ol' PVR - can't wait to see what this skin looks like on a descent screen ...

there's a new release on the wiki. it contains the shutdown-plugin-buttons, the xrecord-column-fix and the darker backgrounds, danka provided.

I used the file Jeff linked to (background dark blue.png at http://nolanparty.com/mediaportal.source...dd88cf97c9)

You have to copy it and use it to overwrite:
skin\BlueMCE2\background.jpg
skin\BlueMCE2\background.png
skin\BlueMCE2\flat_background.png
skin\BlueMCE2\gradient_background.png
skin\BlueMCE2\ressources\background.png

I also adited a couple of lines for the VA Panel fonts, since they were too thin and became blurry on my TV. Here's the beginning of skin\BlueMCE2\panels\VAPanel.xml

Anyone had trouble with the video archive panel and this new version of the bluemce2 skin?

I have trouble loading GBPVR and MVP with the lastest Video Archive 2.11. I have to re-install and load the previous version of Video Archive 2.1.

<sarcasm>cubsfan try going into the BlueMCE2\main menu folder and edit the skin.xml file. Uncomment the lines about VA Panel</sarcasm>

Yes just commented out the line about the next recordings and uncommented the lines about the va-panel

ok, but that's not the va-problem, the other users have. i uncommented va-panel, because i want the skin to work with a minimal installation...

so what's the problem with video archiver? can someone post a log-file?

Having problems with Xrecord. The text at the bottom just keeps on building on top of itself until it is unreadable. Specifically the Items 1/9. The first number is absolutely unreadable after moving the foucs around for the different recorded programs.

Is this due to a change made to the bluemce2 skin or the new release of Xrecord?
