Here are the logs again https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i740WCy...sp=sharing

Additional info in case it's not obvious: my workstation is RTX @ 192.168.0.180 and the Sat tuner is 192.168.0.199

Hi Martin, the reason is that my original problem stems from using NPVR in Docker on my QNAP. That is what I want to try and get working. Apologies if this has been side-tracked to Windows. That's not my intention or objective as I can't leave my workstation PC on 24/7. I'm hoping that the shared element of the codebase covers this so that getting this to work later on the QNAP is relatively easy. I'm using Windows to do the testing because sub sent me a dll and I didn't know where that would go on the QNAP as I couldn't find it to replace it. I assumed that this was a Windows only aspect of the app.

No worries from me. You are right SAT>IP is not supposed to be Windows only and it actually helps to see the problem in Windows, I thought I had read fro another that Freesat was working in Windows not Linux but I didn't think that would be the case.

Ah right. Didn't see that before. Fixed for the next build.

It's actually a protection block around a few hundred lines of code, so an error anywhere in there will potentially give that same error message.

Yes, testing the updated nshared.dll on Windows and later moving it into your docker container is reasonable. In the case of SAT>IP, everything is platform agnostic.

I don't think we have many SAT>IP users. I hear about them more from Germany etc, so maybe not that common in the UK.

I had to order this tuner from Germany but it works fine (as far as I can see). I know of others from the TVHeadend/Emby/Jellyfin communities that are also doing this in the UK. Doesn't Plex also support SAT>IP? I am sure there are a few out there.
