Hello There,

I've been trying to figure out why I cant see the OSD. I have check the VMR9 in playback.

Is there anything else I need to do ?

Maybe you are trying to use the Cyberlink Decoder with VMR? The Cyberlink doesnt support VMR by default, and this can end up causing the OSD to be missing. You can make the Cyberlink decoder compatible with VMR by adding a few registry settings.

Hi All,

All fixed!

Looks like I needed to use a different MPEG-2 decoder. I downloaded the Nvidia PureVideo one which works a treat.

Yep, your right. I was using the ASUSDVD (PowerDVD) supplied Cyberlink decoder.

Is there a way to make this work?

I cant remember the exact details, but if you google for "Cyberlink EnableVMR9" you'll find the details. Post them here for future reference.
