I added a newly created satellite mux table ini file to the Tuning\DVB-S folder but it does not appear in the drop down box under satellite on the web ui. Is there something else that needs to be completed before I see this new table.

Also can I simply delete all those unwanted satellite table ini files for satellites I’ll clearly never use.

You might need to restart the NextPVR server and try again. Some of the tuning file lists are cached, because it takes a while enumerating the files first time.

I reckon that’s it Sub.

I just want to clean that old useless satellite mux table folder and create my own useful ones. When I get time I’ll start out at 47 east right through to 45 west, confirm they are all working and post the relevant ini files here.

I’ve completed Astra 28.2 which is now only half the size, mux wise, of the default satellite mux tables provided on installation. Saves half the time when scanning muxes for new channels.

While I’m on the subject Sub. Is there any way of incorporating a network search into NPVR instead of just a mux search.

Yes please. When you get time, supply the updated files and I'll include them with the distribution.

Yeah, maybe in future.
