Getting the GB-PVR to show up on MVP/TV

I'm not sure if I have everything set up correctly, but on my computer I can see and use the GB-PVR interface, record, etc...I have the MediaMVP connected via ethernet, with components into the tv. I was instructed that once you have the GB-PVR installed, it will automatically overlap the MediaMVP GUI, thus being able to use on the TV. This is not the case for me. Anyone have suggestions?

The GBPVR software does not over-ride the Hauppauge software, you have to manually disable the Hauppauge services.

Both. Both should be disabled. There is an explanation here
