Odd .NET Framework error on install

I have a fresh computer that I am trying to install gbpvr on. I install Microsoft .NET and then intsall GBPV09211. After the installation while it starts the initial configuration an error immediatly pops up saying, "

I have no idea what it means and am hoping to get it fixed. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing, restoring, so I am just not sure. Any info would be helpfull. Thank!

NEVERMIND. All I did was install the program into a new directory instead of the default one. (I guess something messed up and was conflicting) It works awesome now. I love this!
