Hi, where do I have to put my own generated epg.xml file under LibreElec? Maybe [file://storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.nextpvr/config/scripts/epg.xml]?

And does NextPVR also support .xz compressed XMLTV EPG files or only uncompressed files?

NextPVR doesn't support .xz format directly the download and decompress is generally handled by the UpdateEpg script The XMLTV file doesn't need an xml extension if say you use Rytek

You are free to set whatever location you want for the XMLTV file that can be read by the server. If you use it from UpdateEpg /tmp makes sense to me.

For IPTV I think you can specify gz too but I don't know if that works for non-IPTV files.
