Interesting that the logs report 18,000+ listings. The EPG status says [4139 inserted, 0 updated, 0 skipped].
I tried starting fresh by removing the HDHR tuners, rebooting and rescanning. All 59 channels are identified corrected. I just end up with a minimal EPG guide - see attached.
