Use epgshare01 by default, as an EPG source

I think it would be a good addition if there were a free EPG source already set as default, such as epgshare01. Personally, I use this one:

Maybe there are even better sources of EPG out there, that can be used by default when installing NextPVR.

Services come and go so probably not ideal to build in support but it would be nice if XMLTV would allow the same logic as IPTV epg so batch files could be avoided.

Regarding my list post I was wrong and never knew that sub added direct support for http URL's as a guide source.
