Search shows multiple instances of same program

Recently, when I search for a program in the NPVR windows app, it shows up four times.  A while back a TV show episode only turned up once.  When I search and select a new show to record for the season, sometimes it does not record but other items in the pending list do record.  

I have four devices: two older HDHR tuners x two tuners each = 4 total tuners.  
I only record from 8 over the air digital broadcaster.
When I manually update the EPG it shows about 9636 items inserted, which is about four times more than in the past.

Is this something about NPVR seeing the tuners individually instead of as a group?
How can  I fix this?

There are probably a couple of things going wrong, but I'd start by applying this patch, and either emptying the EPG and updating the EPG or wait for the overnight run.

I replaced the c:\program files\NextPVR\Nshared.dll dated Sep 20 2025 with the one per your email, I then emptied the epg cache, cleared the schedule, restarted the computer and then manually updated the epg. This did not change the issue of 4 instances of a show showing up in the NPVR search function. The TVSchedule in the NPRV app looks fine, with only one instance of an episode.

What next?

I'd need to see the logs again. Also NextPVR.exe uses it's own copy of NShared.dl not sure if it needs to be updated or not.

Note this doesn't correct a problem with Zap2IT creating duplicate XMLTV entries but it does allow you to record them.

I have put back the original of c:\program files\NextPVR\Nshared.dll, emptied the epg cache and npvr schedule, and re run Update EPG in NPVR.

The logs are attached.

Why did you put the original back that doesn't help at all, the logs just show the original problem. I wanted to see the logs with the fix in place.
