Lost devices after new install

My computers runs windows 10, last fully updated version
I did a full reinstall and tried to install the channels but nothing was found.
I noticed the tray application did not show being active when scanning
Then I noticed none of my devices (3 tuners) where shown in the tray application status window. 
I removed everything npvr and reinstalled, same result. 
The tuners do work with other SW and previously (last week) did work with an older npvr version
I can't see any problem in the log file (attached) so I have no clue what to do next.
Any help?

For the Windows BDA error could you reboot and resend the logs, sometime after a scan plus earlier errors something could be in a bad stat.

After a full reboot one error went away but still no response from the tuners when trying to scan.
Is this consistent with no devices being shown in the tray status window?

But the devices.log shows no errors

HOw can I see if the tuners are actually sending a TS? and if not , what can I do?

That could be a BDA driver issue, the same messages displayed during a acan and the scan worked I know my Astrometa can be funny on Windows and works much better on Linux Maybe look at the drivers here and seeing if their player works.

Another thing to try is see if sub's TSCapture program work https://tscapture.com/ to capture a full mux from a none frequency with channels.

The tuners have been running several years on this computer without any problem (as long as I did load the correct ancient driver)

I do manual can using a device and frequency/symbol rate/QAM256 that is known good (using another DVB-C application)

During tuning I get the same errors

Looks like you have to stop NextPVR Logs needs to be zipped and under 2MB. Looks like the error is just a warning though as I suggested when the scan worked.

If you can provide the one minute full mux for that frequency available on an external link I can feed it into NextPVR to see what might be happening and why it isn't importing.

I do not know how to record as you can not record before the scan has found channels and there are no channels found with any frequency/symbolrate/modulation combination that seems to work on the other DVB-C application
